HYDROFLAY FEST 2024
Event dates: July 26 - July 28, 2024
Venue: Moscow, PKiO “Izmailovsky”, water area of the Kruglyy Pond
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants must fill out the registration form with accompanying documents and send it to the organizer by June 30, 2024. Applications sent after the deadline will be considered by the organizer individually or rejected. Registration of participants with provision of hotel accommodation and branded clothing must be completed by 06/30/2024. For nonresident participants, hotel reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a copy of the passport and air ticket (or other transportation document).
The organizer reserves the right to reject the entry of anyone who may harm the image of Hydrofly Fest and/or anyone who may undermine the spirit of the competition.
On the day of arrival at the admission commission, participants are provided with:
Competitions are held in accordance with safety precautions and approved rules.
1. Men and women, juniors (hereinafter referred to as participant) registered as competition participants on a pre-approved application and who have fulfilled all the necessary requirements specified by the organizer are allowed to participate in competitions.
2. The participant has the right to participate in several categories, if this does not contradict the rules of the competition, by filling out an application for participation in each category.
COMPETITION CATEGORIES
INSURANCE OF PARTICIPANTS
Russian and foreign athletes participate in sports competitions only if they have a life and health insurance policy, which is submitted to the admission commission for each participant in sports competitions.
Insurance for participants in sports competitions can be provided both at the expense of the organizer and from the personal funds of the athlete. Regardless of whether the participant has insurance, the organizer additionally issues medical insurance from SK Consent "Multisport" for each registered participant.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS
COMPETITION AREA
The competition area is 100 by 50 meters. Participants will enter and exit the competition area from a specially prepared inflatable pontoon. The depth of the reservoir in the performance area is 2.5-4 meters.
EQUIPMENT
The organizers for the event provide BRP jet skis (RXP/RXT/GTX Limited) with a power of 300 hp, equipped with a double Airborn impeller (09/14), a 25-meter reinforced Airborn hose, electronic control ZR EMK PnP, Airborn jet ski protection, two turning mechanisms for the ability to connect boards ZR Flyboard, Hoverboard, Jetpack, Xjets Jetblade, Jetpack.
REFEREEING
The judging panel will consist of three professional judges and a chief judge. The Airborn digital scoring system will be used to evaluate competitors' performances and provide additional statistics.
QUALIFICATION ROUND
Participants speak for 1 minute. They need to perform 2 different tricks and 2 combinations from the following categories:
ATTENTION:
ROUND 32, ROUND 16, QUARTER-FINAL, SEMI-FINAL, FINAL:
At the end of the qualifying round, competitors are ranked according to their score.
Participants are distributed as follows: the participant with the lowest score will perform first, and the participant with the highest score will perform last.
In each round, participants receive new points, and the first 32/16/8/4 advance to the next round.
Participants must demonstrate a free program within a given time (for more information about the time, see the “TIME” section).
Participants are awarded points according to the following principle:
Each trick can only be performed once as a separate trick and once as part of a combination. Tricks performed a second time individually or a second time in combination (including in a different order in a different combination) are scored 0 points.
If a participant falls during the program due to a malfunction of the equipment, the judges stop the time, and the participant has the right to continue the performance from the stopped point after the malfunction is eliminated. If the fall occurs as a result of a participant’s mistake, time does not stop.
In the final, the four finalists perform in a 2-minute competition, where each participant can choreograph their own music.

PERFORMANCE TIME
FEATURES OF RULES FOR CATEGORIES
In all categories, with the exception of the Pro category, it is allowed to attract a pilot on a jet ski instead of a radio control system. (Please indicate this in advance in the registration application, the full name of the pilot)
SUMMARIZING
The results are summed up in accordance with the Competition Rules. The final results (protocols) and reports on paper and electronic media will be available and published in the telegram channel after the end of the competition.
AWARDS
Participant - winners and prize-winners of the competition are awarded medals, diplomas and cups from the organizer, valuable gifts, as well as money from the prize fund. Also, other organizations may set other prizes for participants.
